Terms of Service

1) Eligibility

• You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction to use the Service (commonly 18+ or 21+ depending on location) and you must not be prohibited by law from using it.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws where you live.

2) Social casino; no real-money gambling

• The Service is a free-to-play social casino for entertainment only.
• No real-money gambling: you cannot wager real money and you cannot win real money through gameplay.
• No prizes of value: gameplay does not award cash or items redeemable for cash or equivalent value.
• Virtual coins/currency have no cash value, are not redeemable, and are non-transferable except as expressly allowed in the Service.

3) Accounts & acceptable conduct

• Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.
• Do not harass others or upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the Service.

4) Virtual currency & in-app purchases (if offered)

• Virtual items are licenses to access digital content within the Service, not property rights.
• All sales are final to the fullest extent permitted by law; we do not guarantee refunds for unused virtual items.
• We may modify, re-balance, or discontinue virtual items or features at any time.

5) Intellectual property

The Service, including software, visuals, text, audio, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works except as allowed by these Terms.

6) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7) Limitation of liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or US$50 if you paid nothing), unless law requires otherwise.

8) Disputes; governing law

If a dispute arises, contact us first to try to resolve it. These Terms are governed by Washington law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, you agree to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

9) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
