Age Verification Policy
Last updated: May 4, 2026
Crystal Grove House, LLC ("we," "us") uses age-gating to help prevent access by underage users and to support compliance with U.S. laws and industry standards applicable to age-restricted gambling content.
1) Minimum age requirement
You must be of legal gambling age in the jurisdiction where you are located to access any age-restricted areas or services. Unless a higher age applies where you are located, the minimum age is 21. We do not knowingly permit users under the legal gambling age to create accounts or use age-restricted features.
2) How we verify age
- Age gate / self-certification: prompts requiring you to confirm you meet the legal gambling age requirement.
- Account information checks: date of birth and other profile details may be required to register or continue using certain features.
- Risk-based validation: we may request additional information when signals indicate a higher risk of underage access (e.g., inconsistent details).
- Document or third-party verification (if used): we may ask for an image of a government-issued ID and/or use a reputable verification provider to confirm age. When used, we seek to collect only what is necessary to confirm eligibility and to detect fraud.
3) Underage users and failed verification
- If we learn or reasonably suspect that a user is underage, we may restrict access immediately.
- We may suspend or terminate the account, remove access to age-restricted areas, and reject or cancel registration attempts.
- We may retain limited records related to the verification attempt as needed for compliance, security, and dispute handling.
4) Reporting concerns
If you believe an underage person is using the site or an account is misrepresenting age, contact us at contact@crystalgrovehouse.com with any relevant details (no sensitive documents by email unless we request them).
5) Appeals and corrections
If your access is restricted due to age verification and you believe this is an error, you may request review by emailing us. Include your name, the email used on the account, your state of residence/location, and a brief description of the issue. If additional verification is needed, we will provide instructions and may offer secure alternatives to email for sensitive materials.
6) Policy updates
We may update this policy to reflect changes in laws, verification methods, or our practices. The "Last updated" date indicates when changes were made.
